To organise an event, source a correct location was the first task also the main task for an event, without a reasonable price, reachable location, it's hard to attract audience to attend the exhibition. Thus, the team decided to separate into two groups visit two different venue. For this group were visited Slate, The Row, depart from Raffles College which just take about 10 minute to arrive.

Slate, The Row is an event venue leading a modern industrial chic and glamour vibes (VMO, n.d.). The location were provide 3,300 square feet of event spaces, able to fit in 180-200 seated pax or 300-350 standing pax (therowkl, n.d.). Alongside, with 2 VIP parking in front the event spaces. Last and not least, was the venue rental for 24hours is RM 8,000.
