Venue Visit

This week, event committee visited MAP@ Publika - Black Box before final confirm the venue. Throughout site visit committee able to clearly visualise the venue, plan the event space and do some measurements. It's much more easier to plan the event floor plan after visit the venue.

As the image above were the original floor plan from MAP. The image at side was the draft floor plan during site visit PR team member Yoke Yen was discussed with all the committee where is the entrance, exit, receptions, subcultures and where to put sponsorship booth, etc.

The image above was the digitalised version of the floor plan. After a long discussion at the venue committee came out with the finalised floor plan. As the image above shown, sponsors booth would be after all the subcultures before the exit.
